FMGateway Monitoring Services

FMGateway uses special software to monitor our Servers and the FileMaker Web Publishing engine. Should there ever be a problem,we are immediately alerted.

Email - Within 30 seconds we receive an email that let's us know the server and the suspected issue

SMS or Text Message - Within 30 seconds we receive a detailed text messages to our phone to alert us to the issue. There are always 2 team members available to respond immediately 24/7.

Backup and data reliability is of upmost concern for FMGateway. We have a rigid backup schedule that includes two daily database backups, 7 days of database backup storage, a daily transfer of a database backup to an offsite server, as well as a daily offsite backup of all the web/PHP files inside of your sites. All 7 days of backup are available for download 24/7 using our fully automated FMGateway Database Manager web application.
